President Donald Trump deviated from his previously measured comments about the woman who has accused his Supreme Court pick Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, claiming in a series of tweets that if the attack she alleges “was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities”.
