Trump invites Democrats, Republicans to meet as government shutdown drags on

President Trump is holding two major meetings as the partial government shutdown continues. He’ll be huddling with his Cabinet and has invited congressional leaders to meet at the White House. CBS News correspondent Chip Reid reports Democrats are skeptical as to whether the meeting is a serious effort at negotiation.
