The Kelly File 11/2/16 | FBI’s Clinton Foundation investigation a “High Priority”, Rudy Giuliani
Two sources familiar with the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation are talking about pushing for an indictment in the absence of obstruction, Megyn Kelly reported on The Kelly File.
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said he found this investigation, confirmed by Fox News’ Catherine Herridge, to be the one he “always thought was clearer”–compared to the well-known probe into Hillary Clinton’s emails.
“I could make this case in about two months,” Giuliani, also the former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York State, said.
He recounted a case in which financial services giant UBS reportedly gave $660,000 to the Clinton Foundation, in addition to a $30 million loan and $1.5 million speaking fee.
At the time, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton traveled to Geneva, Giuliani said, and told the IRS to “go easy on UBS” on the surrender of the identities of thousands of American taxpayers suspected of shielding themselves from US taxation.
