Tensions mount in Venezuela amid rival aid shipments

Heightened tensions in Venezuela have left one woman dead and a dozen injured near the border with Brazil. This as President Nicolas Maduro vows not to accept any foreign aid, because whoever can feed the people may get to lead the people. That means thwarting not just his opposition in the country, but also those poised just outside offering bread and circuses.
