Russian oligarch with Putin ties sees his NYC and D.C. properties raided by FBI

Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska’s mansions in Washington, D.C. and New York City were raided today by the FBI. Deripaska has ties with Putin and former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort. NBC’s Tom Winter joins Shep Smith to report.
