Prosecutor: ‘Code of silence was on trial’ in Laquan McDonald case


Three Chicago officers were acquitted in the alleged Laquan McDonald coverup, but prosecutors say the case still sends a message to police. They said they hope the case put a crack in the “code of silence.”
