President Donald Trump signed a military spending act dedicated to ailing Arizona Senator John McCain’s name–although noticeably the president withheld saying his name–Monday at Fort Drum’s 10th Mountain Division. The president praised the 10th in their achievements and brought up his intention of creating a Space Force military arm of the Armed Forces.
