The President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA) will meet to deliberate and adopt recommendations to President Trump on actions the U.S. Government cant take to mitigate obstacles to doing business in Ethiopia, Kenya, Cote d’Ivoire, and Ghana.
