Kirstjen Nielsen answers questions on family separation

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, under questioning at a Homeland Security hearing Wednesday, told Rep. Kathleen Rice, D-N.Y., that when parents are incarcerated at the border, “we in this country do not take the children to jail.”
