Evacuated residents return home after catastrophic Ohio train derailment

A train carrying hazardous chemicals derailed in Palestine, Ohio on February 3rd. Five of the 50 cars involved contained hundreds of thousands of pounds of vinyl chloride, and thousands of residents were forced to evacuate.
