US president Donald Trump has attacked the media for what he called “endless hostility” and “false attacks” in remarks he made at a campaign rally after mail bombs were sent to Barack Obama, top Democrats and CNN Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Trump’s political opponents have accused the president of condoning “physical violence and dividing Americans.”
Eight parcel bombs have now been intercepted.
There has been no claim of responsibility and no one has been arrested.
