The death toll from the Carr Fire grows as the remains of a Melody Bledsoe, 70, and her two great-grandchildren, Emily and James, both 5 and 4, respectively, were found. The blaze is heading south forcing the evacuations of the towns of Igo and Ono and the community of Happy Valley.
