Most of the illicit fentanyl in the U.S. comes from Mexico and that is what federal authorities said is the case this time as a truck carrying produce was stopped at the border crossing of Nogales, Arizona and a huge amount of fentanyl was discovered. NBC News’s Pete Williams reports.
