Chemical attack in Syria kills at least 40 people

Syrian opposition groups and rescuers are accusing the Bashar Assad regime of another deadly chemical attack. They say it happened Saturday in Douma, near the capital Damascus. More than 40 were reported dead, including families found in their homes and shelters. CBS News foreign correspondent Holly Williams reports.
