32 Kenyans among 157 killed in Ethiopian Airlines crash

The Kenya government has dispatched Transport Principal Secretary Esther Koimet to Ethiopia following an Ethiopian Airline crash that claimed the lives of 32 Kenyans. All 157 people on board the Boeing 737 that was en route to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport perished in the Sunday morning crash that happed only six minutes after the flight had left Bole Airport in Addis Ababa. The news of the plane crash was shared by Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed through a tweet.
