The United States has announced it will impose new sanctions on Moscow, over a chemical weapons attack on a former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter.
The State Department says Russia used a nerve agent, Novichok, to try to poison Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury in March.
