Few nations are accepting the Saudis story that journalist Jamal Khashoggi was accidentally killed in a brawl, but the focus is now on Turkey to provide evidence for the version of events it has been slowly leaking to the press for weeks.
Saudi Arabia says the matter should be dealt with by its own courts.
But Turkey’s ruling party is insisting it will not allow a Saudi cover-up of Khashoggi’s killing.
